Treatment for your addiction and mental health disorders doesn’t end when you complete your treatment program at Sana Lake. When you walk through our doors, you become a member for life.
As you successfully transition to the next step in your recovery after treatment, we have created many pathways for you to stay connected with us. Our goal is to make it easy for you to remain in close contact with your recovery community well into long-term recovery.
We recognize the vital need for ongoing support from beginning to end. Continuing care is built right in to your recovery plan from day one.
We promise to be there for you when you need us.
We often say that the opposite of addiction is connection. Our door at Sana Lake stays open if you or someone you know needs help. Whether you are facing challenges, wanting to celebrate in recovery, or need to simply feel connected with your recovery community, we’re right here. We invite you to stop by, call us, or connect with us by email and online at any time.
Sometimes, it helps to stay connected with your recovery roots. Even after treatment, we encourage you to stay in touch with the team at Sana Lake.
Ongoing support means you will have an assigned Peer Recovery Coach available to you for the next one to five years. Our Director of Extended Care is available 24/7 for you to reach out.
An important part of recovery is maintaining connection with your peers in recovery. You are always welcome to continue to attend our in-house meetings. For your own recovery, and for the benefit of supporting newer members, we want to you come back and share your experience, strength, and hope as often as you like.
You’ll be able to stay in touch with us and other members through our private “Sana Lake Members for Life” Facebook page.
Our weekly member for life events throughout the year offer you a chance to participate in active recovery with others in your recovery community.
